On September 12, 2025, the CHUM Research Center is organizing the 2nd Genetic Medicine Symposium, dedicated to rare diseases. This event brings together clinicians, researchers, managers, patient partners, and experts from the healthcare network to discuss screening, diagnostic, and management strategies. The symposium will address concrete issues arising from clinical practice and will feature conferences, panels, and workshops. It will also present Navi-Nat, a new provincial network coordinated by the CHUM and CHU Sainte-Justine, aimed at directing patients to specialized care. The CHUM is distinguished by its expertise in adult genetics, its specialized clinics, and its discoveries in genomics.
