The RARE.Qc Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee plays a key role in integrating EDI principles across all of the Network’s activities. Its mandate is to ensure that considerations related to equity, diversity, and inclusion are fully integrated, implemented, monitored, and evaluated in a consistent, relevant, and representative manner, reflecting both the realities of the Network’s members and the context of rare disease research in Quebec.
The EDI Committee advises RARE.Qc’s decision-making bodies on strategic directions and activities related to EDI, with the goal of fostering a more inclusive, equitable, and accessible research environment. Through its expertise and commitment, the Committee actively contributes to strengthening an organizational culture that is open, representative, and aligned with best practices in EDI.
