3rd Complement Symposium

May 25-26, 2026

This event was designed with the aim of providing continuing education for adult and pediatric physicians involved in complement-mediated diseases, as well as for laboratory or apheresis staff and healthcare professionals involved in the management of these conditions.

This program is intended for:

hematologists, intensivists, nephrologists, immunologists, pediatricians, and internists;
residents and clinical fellows in these specialties;
healthcare professionals interested in complement-related diseases;
students.

The competencies (CanMEDS roles) targeted by this training program are: medical expertise, collaboration, health advocacy, scholarship, and professionalism.

Format and Language

This event will be held primarily in French, with the exception of two presentations.
Simultaneous interpretation will be available (English to French and French to English).
